Warranty Policy

These warranty terms, offered by Aastha Interiors, are an integral part of our Terms of Service.

We provide a detailed warranty for all products, as outlined in the sections below. The applicable warranty duration, if any, is specified on each product’s page unless otherwise mentioned for specific components. Products not explicitly covered under this warranty policy are considered sold without any warranty. For those, only replacements (if available) as per the product page shall apply.

Please note: Regardless of any information provided elsewhere—on our website or other platforms—We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Warranty Eligibility
Warranty benefits are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Transferring ownership or moving furniture from its original delivery location will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (physical or digital invoice) may be required when filing a claim.

1. Mattresses

Branded Mattress Warranty can be claimed from the Mattress Company. We can just help to claim.

Covered:

  • Foam splitting
  • Sagging, shrinkage, or deformities over 1 inch
  • Fungus formation inside foam without external cause as per the Mattress Brand.

Not Covered:

  • General softening over time

  • Deformations under 1 inch

  • Corner deformities from tight bedsheets

  • Outer cover, zippers, or runners

  • Comfort preferences


2. Engineered Wood Furniture

Excludes MDF boards.

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

Not Covered:

  • Surface damage post-delivery

  • Water damage, color fading

  • Improper chemical cleaning

  • Hardware damage from overuse or unauthorized changes


3. Solid Wood Furniture

Same terms as engineered wood, with the addition of solid wood part coverage.

Covered:

  • Termite issues

  • Cracks or alignment defects

Not Covered:

  • Same as engineered wood section


4. Sofas, Recliners & Upholstered Beds

Covers fully upholstered furniture. MDF boards excluded.

Covered:

  • Termite issues (board/wood)

  • Fitment and manufacturing defects

  • Recliner mechanisms: noise, movement issues
  • Legs: detachment

Not Covered:

  • Water, sun or chemical damage

  • Fabric discoloration, burns, piling, cushion wear

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Frame contact during movement or armrest misalignment


5. Warranty Will Be Void If:

  • Mattress used on unsuitable surfaces or over split beds

  • Unauthorized repairs or third-party installations

  • Products kept in unsanitary conditions

  • Fluid exposure leading to fungus or staining

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Warranty claim reported after 7 days from issue occurrence


6. Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of issue discovery.

  2. Provide necessary photographs/videos as per our guidance.

  3. Submit your invoice and warranty card (if applicable).

  4. We may conduct a site visit if needed.

  5. If your claim is valid, we will repair, partially replace, or fully replace the item depending on stock availability.

  6. Company Decision will be final decision.

  7. Mattress replacements are only possible within 1 year from the date of purchase. Post that, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis.

Rejection of our proposed resolution may make you ineligible for further claims.
