Replacement Policy
We only do Replacement as all the products are bulky so if they are defective or damaged then Firstly, we will repair and if not resolved then if you need to Replace it with the same Product or an Upgraded Product then we will do Replacement.
Customers have to Contact Us within 10 Days of Order Date.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you Replacement. But we will try to resolve the issue in the Product.
Don’t Worry, Customer Satisfaction is our First Priority.
To be eligible for a Replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
