Replacement for Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage
If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, we will be happy to assist with a repair or replacement, subject to verification.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear pictures.
- Keep the product in its delivered condition until our team reviews the claim.
- The replacement will be done within 10 Days.
Quality Review
All replacement requests are reviewed by our quality team. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may arrange for a repair, replacement of the affected part, or replacement of the product.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests cannot be accepted for:

- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Minor variations in color, texture, fabric, wood grain, or finish, which are natural characteristics of furniture materials.
- Changes of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
