Refund and Replacement Policy

 

Return / Replacement of Products

While our delivery team conducts a thorough quality check before dispatch, we request you to carefully inspect the product upon delivery.

If you notice any issue with the product’s condition, please inform us immediately, and no later than 2 days from the date of delivery (“Review Period”).

If a defect is reported within the Review Period and is determined—at our sole discretion—to be a valid material defect, we will process the refund in accordance with this policy.


Refund for Defective Products

We offer a full refund or replacement (as per customer choice) for products with the following material defects:

  • Cracks or tears exceeding 10 cm

  • Unremovable stains larger than 5 cm

  • Broken wooden components

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for minor defects, including but not limited to:

  • Small scratches

  • Minor or washable stains


 

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the defect is verified and the return is approved.

  • By accepting a refund, you agree to a full and final settlement, waiving any claims for chargebacks, reimbursements, or further liabilities.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7 working days from the date the request is approved.

To be eligible for Return or Replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
